Cancellation policy
Klik Deal uses a unified cancellation policy to ensure consistency and fairness for both renters and owners.
Renters are eligible for a full refund (excluding the service fee) only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the trip starts.
Cancellations made within 72 hours of the trip start are not eligible for a refund.
Each listing on the platform clearly states this policy. Renters can cancel and view applicable details by going to their travel plans and clicking ‘Cancel’ on the relevant booking.
Owners will be able to see how many reservations a renter has canceled in the past 12 months when a booking request is submitted.

Description:
- Delivery fees are always refunded if the renter did not take the trip.
- The Klik Deal service fee is refundable only if the renter cancels at least 72 hours before the trip starts. If a renter books a reservation that overlaps with any part of an existing reservation, we won’t refund the Klik Deal service fee if they decide to cancel.
- Base fees (the total day rate you're charged) are fully refundable only if the reservation is canceled at least 72 hours before the trip starts.
- If there is a complaint from either party, notice must be given to Klik Deal within 24 hours of trip start.
- Klik Deal will mediate when necessary, and has the final say in all disputes.
- A reservation is officially canceled when the renter clicks the cancellation button on the cancellation confirmation page, which they can find in Dashboard > Your Trips > Cancel.
- Cancellation policy may be superseded by the Renter Refund Policy, extenuating circumstances, or cancellations by Klik Deal for any other reason permitted under the Terms of Service. Please review these exceptions.
- Applicable taxes will be retained and remitted.
